switching to Android from WP7, need some advice

Long story short, I used to have Android, moved to WP7, and now moving back to try Android again for the One S. Looking for some help on auto syncing Media with a laptop (music in particular).

One of my biggest complaints when I used to have Android was that it was a pain to put music and playlists (from itunes, zune, or whatever) on the phone. I spent some time researching what has changed but it seems it's in the same state, but I hope I am wrong.

I used to use iSyncr because DoubleTwist was too slow. From what I remember, iSyncr was an executable (.exe) so it's not exactly user friendly for my wife. I can probably create a desktop shortcut for her, but that just syncs music and not other media like videos or pics and on top of that it's a manual process.

So I'm leaning towards DoubleTwist w/ AirSync but wondering if anyone knows if there are better and faster methods to auto sync media. I don't care if it's multiple apps or even if they cost money, just as long as everything is automatic and wifi is huge plus.

Thanks for any help!
