Hey, so I’ve been trying to fix this issue all day. My Galaxy Tab 3 (GT-P5210 WIFI) tablet wasn’t working properly, so I went to reset it this morning. A normal thing that happens. After resetting my tablet has been stuck on the Samsung screen and not booting. I have gone through every step I can find. I did a hard reboot, deleted the cache and even went to a hard restore to factory settings. But after all of that nothing has changed.
I can still access the Dowload page and Reboot page. After the reboots, it still stops at the Samsung loading logo.
What can I do?
I’ve come across things talking about reinstalling the firmware through Odin, but I suck at this stuff. I don’t know how to flash the firmware or what is safe to use. The firmware I have found is no longer available or requires payment to download.
I’ve tried downloading Kies, to see if it can fix the firmware, but the MTP USB driver is failing to install. It doesn’t seem to connect to the Kies app. It recognizes that it needs to connect, just never reaches that point. So it does not register my device.
I tried Samsung support, but they were unhelpful.
I’m rather frustrated at this point after several hours of reading the same posts that bring me to the same broken links. It’s not there or I simply have no idea what I’m doing. Both are possibilities.
Any help would be appreciated.
