I bricked my Moto G5 (XT1672). What should I do?

I broke my G5 and found out a good idea would be to flash the thing. I tried doing just that with the site consumingtech. com /motorola-moto-g5-xt1672-stock-rom/ and with the android-sdk-linux package (Debian 9). Now for some reason, the bootloader and partition commands dont work. I get this message for each:

Code:
$ sudo fastboot flash bootloader bootloader.img target reported max download size of 535822336 bytes sending 'bootloader' (5179 KB)... OKAY [ 0.168s] writing 'bootloader'... (bootloader) Validating 'bootloader.default.xml' (bootloader) Security version downgrade (bootloader) Image aboot failed validation (bootloader) Preflash validation failed (bootloader) Cancelling 'bootloader.default.xml' FAILED (remote failure) finished. total time: 0.372s $ sudo fastboot flash partition gpt.bin target reported max download size of 535822336 bytes sending 'partition' (45 KB)... OKAY [ 0.005s] writing 'partition'... (bootloader) Validating 'gpt.default.xml' (bootloader) Security version downgrade (bootloader) Image primary_gpt failed validation (bootloader) Preflash validation failed (bootloader) Cancelling 'gpt.default.xml' FAILED (remote failure) finished. total time: 0.066s

What should I do? (By the way, the Fastboot Flash Mode (Secure) thing says

Code:
flashing_unlocked

)
