Why is Samsungs Customer Service so terrible?

What can I say! By far the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Bought a phone and the home button started to lag on day 30. I took it in and they said it would take two weeks to repair it, fair enough.

I went back two weeks later and I got told not only the home button but the vibration wasn't working!! and they were still waiting on a part to fix my phone!! are you joking. So I go to actually pick up the phone today only to find out it still has the same exact problem as when I bought it. No sympathy what so ever from the tech guy. I mean its a brand new phone i paid a premium price for it yet the customer service is horrible. Now I have to wait to see if my case is worth a replacement phone and tbh Im really considering going back to apple!
