[Q] Alarm Clock from the Cloud

Hey everyone, long time user but first post

I want to use one of my devices (ZTE phone running Android 4.1 or Windows 8.1 laptop) to function as my alarm clock using my music collection as the alarm sounds.

Normally that's the easiest thing in the world, but I want to try something cool I want to set up a system to allow another person (my girlfriend, buddies, etc...) to choose my wake up song before they go to bed the previous night. I imagine the following:

1. I set my alarm to my desired wake up time.
2. My friend at a remote location chooses a song by 1) Uploading it to some cloud storage or 2) Selecting it from a library they have access to.
3. My device plays the desired music at the correct time.
4. Day is made

I'm struggling to figure out how this'll work. Suggestions???

I'm a google drive user by heart, but any service that can pull it off would be wonderful.
