My Samsung Galaxy s6 Edge was recently disabled, how do I get it to work again?
When I received my phone, Verizon set up my phone, but never gave me the account information for my Samsung account. Now I cannot get off this "abnormal factory rest" that keeps asking for my ID and password I do not know or have access to. I've tried every email possible, but none work. What can I do? I've even tried to create a new account, but it won't let me because it is not the same account that I was logged into before.
